Delete Your Data

Last updated: 24 April 2026

This page explains how to delete specific pieces of your Oasis data without deleting your account. Oasis is operated by Boolean Autocrats.

If you want to delete your entire account and every piece of data linked to it, see oasis-96476.web.app/delete-account instead.

Delete a habit (and its full history)

  1. Open the Oasis app.
  2. Long-press the habit card you want to remove, or open the habit and tap the menu (three-dot icon).
  3. Tap Delete and confirm.

The habit, its colour/icon settings, and every check-in recorded against it are removed immediately from your cloud account.

Remove individual check-ins

  1. Open the habit whose check-in you want to undo.
  2. Tap the date on the calendar that is currently marked complete.
  3. The check-in is unmarked and removed from your streak history.

Remove your profile photo or display name

  1. Go to SettingsProfile.
  2. Tap the profile photo to remove or replace it.
  3. Edit or clear the display name and bio fields, then save.

Turn off analytics and crash reporting

Go to SettingsPrivacy and toggle off analytics. Future app usage stops being sent to Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. Previously collected anonymised events expire on Firebase's default retention schedule (up to 14 months) and cannot be re-linked to your account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot reach the controls above (for example, because you have uninstalled the app), email us from the Google address you signed in with:

Subject: Oasis data deletion request
Body: Tell us which data you want removed (for example: "all habits", "profile photo only", "check-ins before January 2026").

We action these requests within 30 days.
